These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Camco Earthworks website located at camcoar.com (the "Site") and any services provided by Camco Earthworks ("we", "us", or "our"). 2. Estimate Requests and Service Inquiries

Submitting an estimate request form or contacting us through the Site does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of service. All estimates provided through the Site or by phone, text, or email are preliminary in nature and subject to change.

Final pricing is determined following an in-person site visit and assessment by a Camco Earthworks representative. No estimate is binding until a written contract or work order has been signed by both parties. Camco Earthworks reserves the right to decline any project at its sole discretion.

3. Service Area

Camco Earthworks is based in North Little Rock, Arkansas and primarily serves the Central Arkansas region. While we are happy to consider projects outside our standard service area, we make no guarantee of availability or service in any specific location. Contact us directly to discuss project locations outside of Central Arkansas.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Camco Earthworks or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

5. Photography and Marketing

Camco Earthworks reserves the right to photograph and document work performed at job sites for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes, including use on our website and social media platforms. If you have specific concerns about photography at your project site, please notify us in writing prior to the commencement of work.

6. User Comments

Our Site may allow you to submit comments or other content. By submitting content, you grant Camco Earthworks a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove any comment or content that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pulaski County, Arkansas.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
